CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS ACCEPTED UP TO 72 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SERVICE, OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NONREFUNDABLE FEE OF 30% OF THE HAIR SERVICE TOTAL
LATE POLICY:
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND THE ABOVE CANCELLATION FEE OF WILL APPLY.
NO SHOW POLICY:
IF MANES & MASCARA HAIR SALON IS NOT NOTIFIED THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOU CANCEL SAME DAY, NOR NOT PHYSICALLY COME IN FOR YOUR SET HAIR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE HAIR SERVICE SCHEDULED ON DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

ALL TEXT MESSAGES, EMAILS, AND PHONE CALLS WILL BE RESPONDED TO DURING MANES & MASCARA SALON HOURS OF OPERATION.
RETURN/EXCHANGE ON RETAIL PRODUCTS POLICY:
WE ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE OF UNOPENED RETAIL PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DATE THE RETAIL PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED. *HAIR EXTENSIONS NOT INCLUDED*
